He is a Orange Pegasus in his Mid 30's. He works as the founder for EqDOT (Equestria Department Of Transportation). Heis a kind and loyal Pony who suffers from ADHD and Autism. Because of this he cant understand some things and thus barely has any friends in Ponyville.
Backstory:
He was born and raised in Ponyville and has lived there for most of his life. He did move to Canterlot for a few years then moved back. He was a blank flank for most of his life until recently when he invented the self propelled cart. He Is friends with Lyra, Twilight Sparkle, and Happy Light. Happy Light is one of if not his Closest friend he has. a few years after getting his cutiemark. a portal to Earth was made and thus connecting Equestria with the United states. After finding out about the amErican Highway System, he dreamed of making a safe and more efficient highway system in Equestria.
