Lorna Smite

A pony of small stature, Lorna seems quite unremarkable at first. The mare's stormy rum coat is forgettable, as are her mellow features and quiet manners. She stares with slightly fierce prune red eyes that would not aggravate anypony. However, between the dusty pink bangs of her messy mane, the remnants of a broken horn are hidden away, striking detail in the unicorn's otherwise unassuming appearance. The fractured tip was recovered, and concealed in an ornate clasp that holds Lorna's outfit together.

She always dons a black shawl with sanguine accents. An attentive observer would notice many silvery threads running through the fabric, adorning the garment with a complex arrangement of glyphs and symbols. The subtle arabesques sometimes gently shimmer when Lorna uses magic, shaping spells with more control than her shattered horn could hope to achieve.
